Ulster Weavers use three main couriers to deliver our products to customers, these may differ depending on your location i.e. If you live within the UK, your order will most likely be delivered via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail: To track your order use the tracking number provided on your Shipping Confirmation email and enter it into Royal Mail’s Track and Trace tool here.
(Please note: our current Royal Mail service is an economy mail service which only provides a tracking update once Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your parcel. If you require your parcel sooner than 3-10 working days we advise choosing our Tracked Delivery option at checkout.)
DHL: To track your order use the tracking number provided on your Shipping Confirmation email and enter it into DHL’s Track-A-Parcel tool here.
Parcelforce: To track your order use the tracking number provided on your Shipping Confirmation email and enter it into Parcel Force’s Track Your Parcel tool here.
We will try our very best to amend an order, however, as we endeavor to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, it is important that you contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
The best way to do this is by emailing webshop@ulsterweavers.com with your name, order number, and the change you would like to make.

Once you have entered your email address into our email sign up form, you should receive a unique discount code to use on your next order. This may take up to 24hrs to arrive in your inbox and may be sorted into your junk folder. If you still haven’t received your discount code, please contact our customer service team at webshop@ulsterweavers.com.
Our team works tirelessly to ensure each order is picked, packed and posted at the highest standard for our customers, however on occasion small mistakes may occur.
If there is an issue with your order please:
- Contact our customer service team via webshop@ulsterweavers.com.
- Provide us with your order number and the issue you are facing.
Note:
- If you have received the wrong item, please return this to us and we will refund the cost of postage.
- If there is an item missing from your order we will post this out to you as soon as possible.
- If your items are damaged upon arrival, return the item to us and we will exchange this for you.

We currently offer free delivery on UK and IE orders only when you spend £40/€45 or more.

Every product is developed by our in-house design team to meet the demands of a 21st century market.
Production takes place in various sites throughout the world, including here in Northern Ireland, before undergoing strict testing procedures to uphold the quality of the end product to the highest standard.
We've committed to bringing as much manufacturing back to the UK as possible as part of our 2025 sustainability goals. Alongside this we are aiming to reduce our CO2 emissions by 60%, our waste the goes to landfill by 50% and completely eradicate single use plastics from our supply chain and offices.
Ulster Weavers do in fact still sell some Linen Tea Towels, however we plan to significantly increase the range of Linen Tea Towel designs available in the near future. To shop our current range please click here.
All Ulster Weavers products are designed by our incredibly talented team on in-house designers. They not only create our products from concept through to production, they also create bespoke designs for some of the world's leading household names, from tea towels through to dry robes.
