Please ensure all details are entered accurately to guarantee delivery of your parcel. We encourage you to enter a mobile phone number so you can receive tracking updates from our partner couriers. It is very unlikely that we will be able to change delivery addresses after you complete your order due to the nature of our fulfilment operations working outside of normal hours and being an automated process.

There will be a minimum of one delivery attempt made. In the event of no one being available to receive the parcel we strongly encourage you to download and interact with the relevan carrier app to manage the parcel and the available settings on the specific consignment. Both EVRI and UPS have strong apps to assist with managing your deliveries and aim to make the experience as frictionless as possible.

An item is classified as lost when it is missing for:

- 14 working days (21 days if outside the UK and Ireland) 

Please allow for these timescales to pass then we can investigate further. During very busy periods we may incur delays and we will keep you informed.

If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@ulsterweavers.com so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbors, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the front office to see if it was received by them.

We are pleased to accept standard change of mind returns within 30 days after purchase. When returning your items please ensure:

- the item is unused and has the original label still intact on
- the item is packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit
- you print off and include your original order confirmation email in the return packaging

You can return your via post using the above postal address. If you have difficulties returning your parcel please contact a member of the team.

Please note: if you are returning due to change of mind you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage which is non-refundable in this instance.

If the goods you've received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund if you contact us within 7 working days from receiving the order.

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

A refund or exchange will be issued for the damaged products depending on customer preference. We will also refund the cost of return shipping in this instance and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost (if you chose an exchange).

If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

Provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution center within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.

If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.

Please note: if you have changed your mind or need a change of size standard postage charges will apply to the new delivery.
